The Bible

We believe the bible is God's divine word and communication to man of the truth. We study and teach from the King James and New King James version.

The Godhead

We believe there is one God. God is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

(1 Jn. 5:7; Col. 2:9; 1 Tim. 3:16)

Jesus

We believe Jesus is the Son of God and was born of a virgin. Jesus died for our sins and pardoned all who believe in Him.  

(Jn. 3:16; Acts 4:12; Isaiah. 7:14)

​

Heaven

We believe that heaven is the eternal home of believers who accept Jesus as their Saviour. (Jn. 14:2-3)

​

Hell

We believe hell is an eternal punishment for those who do not believe in Jesus and obey the Word of God. (Mathew 13. 47-50)

​

Repentance

We believe in repentance with a sincere and contrite heart and the acceptance of Jesus as Lord and Saviour.

(Luke.13:3; Rom. 5:1)

Man

We believe man was created in the image and likeness of God. Through the sin of Adam humanity fell and inherited a sinful nature which resulted in both a physical and spiritual death.

(Genesis. 1:26-27, Genesis. 2:17; Romans. 3:23)

​

Life

God created man in His own image. (Gen. 1:27)

God is spirit and like Him we have a spiritual nature that lives on for eternity. We strive to have a moral likeness to God. We believe all life is sacred.

Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is given to those who have repented of their sins, accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, and have been baptised. The Holy Spirit is key to living a holy life and grants us the gift of speaking in tongues. (Acts. 2:4)

Healing

We believe in divine healing through the name of Jesus, by faith brings the restoration of health.

(James. 5:14-16; Psalm. 103:3)

Head covering

We believe women must wear head covering when praying and ministering, men are not required to.

(1 Corinthians. 11:7-9)

Baptism

We believe in baptism by full body water immersion. We baptise in the name of Jesus.

(Act. 2:38-39)

Tithes & Offering

We believe in paying tithe which is 10% of our income and free-will offerings for the support of the church and the spreading of His word.  (Mal. 3:10)

​

Lord's Supper and Foot Washing

We believe in the remembrance of the Lord's Supper by the use of the bread and the juice of the vine and foot washing.  

(1 Cor. 11:17-34; John. 13:1-17)

Marriage

We believe marriage is the joining of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for life and is sacred.

(Genesis. 2:24; Matthew. 19:4-6)
